Warranty and Returns Policy

Return and exchange is within a period of seven (7) days from date of purchase with the original receipt, item unused, in its original packaging and box with all inclusions and manual intact. Return and exchange can be done at any Dyson Service Center nearest you. 
 
The following conditions are not entitled to a refund or exchange under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394): 
 
1. Sudden change of mind 
2. Defects caused by misuse or mishandling of items by customer 
3. Discovery of lower price of the same item from another store
